Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design process for digital and print campaigns.
- Develop brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm innovative design solutions.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive creative feedback.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and layouts for complex web and app interfaces.
- Present creative concepts effectively to stakeholders and clients.
- Stay ahead of design trends and implement cutting-edge visual techniques.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency environment.
- A robust, high-quality portfolio showcasing multi-disciplinary design work.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Advanced knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design and UI/UX best practices.
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale.
