Responsibility
- Develop innovative visual concepts and high-impact design assets for multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Translate complex brand requirements into sophisticated, user-centric visual identities.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, and marketing strategists to ensure brand consistency.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current design trends, tools, and industry-standard best practices.
- Manage end-to-end design projects from initial wireframing to final high-fidelity production.
- Provide creative mentorship and feedback to junior design team members to elevate overall output.
- Present design rationale and strategic choices to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative field.
- 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a high-end agency environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery in typography, composition, and color theory.
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) or UI/UX design (Figma/Sketch) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design strategy to non-creative team members.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
