Responsibility
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of multi-channel brand campaigns.
- Design high-impact visual assets for web, social media, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters and developers, to ensure brand consistency.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design iterations.
- Manage end-to-end design projects, from initial wireframes to final production-ready files.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with confidence.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging design trends, technologies, and software.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a clean, modern aesthetic and strategic design thinking.
- Deep understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in motion graphics or UI/UX design is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
