Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end design projects from conceptualization to final delivery.
- Develop cohesive brand identities, visual assets, and marketing collateral for diverse clients.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters and marketing strategists to create high-converting campaigns.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design workflows.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print mediums.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to keep our creative output at the cutting edge.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders with clear rationale and persuasive storytelling.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in a creative agency setting.
- Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, layout design, and typography.
- Familiarity with motion design (After Effects) and prototyping tools (Figma).
- Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related visual field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaborative abilities.
