Responsibility
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of multi-channel brand campaigns.
- Develop high-fidelity assets for digital platforms, social media, and print collateral.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with copywriters, developers, and marketing leads.
- Maintain and evolve brand design systems for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Mentor junior design staff and provide actionable creative feedback.
- Oversee project timelines to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality assets.
- Present creative concepts to stakeholders with confidence and strategic rationale.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in a creative agency setting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, layout, and visual branding.
- Solid understanding of motion graphics (After Effects) and UI/UX principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
