Responsibility
- Develop creative concepts and visual assets for digital, print, and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters, UX designers, and account managers.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications and platforms.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design workflows.
- Present design solutions to key stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Optimize assets for diverse digital channels ensuring performance and aesthetic quality.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to bring innovative techniques to the studio.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or high-growth startup environment.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing mastery of typography, color theory, and layout hierarchy.
- Experience with motion graphics and interactive design is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple project deadlines.
