Responsibility
- Lead the visual design process from initial concept through final production.
- Develop cohesive brand identities, marketing collateral, and digital assets.

- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design iterations.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in an agency or high-growth design environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
