Responsibility
- Develop cutting-edge brand identities, marketing collateral, and digital assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters and developers.
- Manage design projects from initial concept through to final production.
- Mentor junior design staff and provide constructive creative feedback.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print mediums.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate new design technologies into our workflow.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency setting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout, typography, and color theory.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design and UI/UX principles.
- Ability to articulate design decisions to clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a significant plus.
