Responsibility
- Develop innovative visual concepts and brand identities for diverse client portfolios.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, and web developers to ensure cohesive design execution.
- Manage end-to-end design projects from initial research and mood boards to final delivery.
- Create high-fidelity digital and print assets, including social media campaigns, landing pages, and marketing collateral.
- Present creative work to internal stakeholders and external clients with confidence and strategic clarity.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creative excellence and constructive feedback.
- Stay ahead of industry design trends and emerging technologies to keep our output cutting-edge.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, and branding skills.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client expectations effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
