Responsibility
- Develop cutting-edge visual concepts for integrated marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with Art Directors to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Design high-impact assets for social media, web, and print media.
- Mentor junior design staff and provide constructive critiques during internal reviews.
- Manage end-to-end design projects from initial brief to final production.
- Prepare production-ready files while ensuring adherence to technical specifications.
- Stay ahead of global design trends and emerging visual technologies.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in a professional design agency environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated typography and layout skills.
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) is a major advantage.
- Deep understanding of print production processes and digital design constraints.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
