Responsibility
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of multi-platform design campaigns.
- Develop cohesive visual identities and brand style guides from scratch.
- Collaborate with art directors and marketing strategists to translate business objectives into creative assets.
- Mentor junior designers and provide high-level critiques to ensure quality standards.
- Manage end-to-end design workflows, from initial sketches to final production files.
- Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies to keep our output cutting-edge.
- Present creative work to internal stakeholders and high-profile clients with confidence.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of agency experience with a portfolio demonstrating high-end branding work.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects) and prototyping tools (Figma).
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a sophisticated eye for color and typography.
- Proven ability to translate abstract brand goals into compelling visual stories.
