Responsibility
- Develop high-impact visual concepts for integrated marketing campaigns.
- Translate complex brand strategies into cohesive visual systems.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive creative feedback.
- Execute professional-grade layout, typography, and motion graphic design.
- Present creative concepts to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Maintain consistent brand integrity across all digital and print assets.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, tools, and industry technology.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency environment.
- An outstanding, diverse portfolio demonstrating strong foundational design skills.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with motion design (After Effects) or UI/UX tools (Figma) is a huge plus.
- Strong understanding of production processes for both digital and print media.
- Excellent communication and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
