Responsibility
- Develop comprehensive visual identities and brand guidelines for high-profile clients.
- Design high-converting digital assets, including web layouts, social media collateral, and email marketing templates.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters and marketing strategists to translate business goals into compelling visuals.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback during creative reviews.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting tight deadlines.
- Prepare final print-ready and digital files for production.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate new design tools and technologies into our workflow.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience with Figma or Sketch for digital interface and asset design.
- Strong understanding of production processes for both digital and physical media.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-creatives.
- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
