Responsibility
- Lead the creative direction for multi-platform marketing campaigns.
- Develop high-fidelity concepts for web, social media, and print materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI and Content Strategy.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive creative feedback.
- Maintain and evolve brand identity standards across all client touchpoints.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders with confidence and strategic rationale.
- Execute complex visual assets from initial sketches to final production.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or studio setting.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, color theory, and layout.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong proficiency in Figma or Sketch for collaborative design workflows.
- Deep understanding of motion graphics and video editing is a significant plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
