Responsibility
- Develop high-impact visual identities and branding systems for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI and marketing, to ensure brand consistency.
- Create compelling assets for digital, social, and print media campaigns.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and creative direction.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders with confidence and strategic rationale.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging design technologies to keep our aesthetic at the forefront.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating mastery of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and digital production workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design choices clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
