Responsibility
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of visual brand identities for diverse high-profile clients.
- Design high-converting digital marketing assets, including social media campaigns, landing pages, and email templates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design iterations.
- Develop print collateral, including brochures, packaging, and large-format exhibition graphics.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, tools, and UI/UX best practices to maintain our competitive edge.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and brand guidelines.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in a creative agency environment.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, typography, and layout design.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of digital production, web design principles, and motion graphics (After Effects proficiency is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for creative problem-solving.
