Responsibility
- Lead the creative direction for multi-platform design projects, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, strategists, and developers, to translate concepts into visual reality.
- Develop innovative design systems, including logo development, typography, and comprehensive style guides.
- Mentor junior design staff, providing constructive critique and fostering a culture of creative excellence.
- Manage end-to-end production workflows, from initial sketches and mood boards to high-fidelity final assets.
- Present and articulate creative work to internal stakeholders and high-profile clients with confidence.
- Keep current with emerging design trends, software, and technologies to maintain a competitive design edge.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience, ideally within a design agency or high-growth startup environment.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, and color theory.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
- Solid experience in motion graphics (After Effects) or prototyping tools is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple project timelines and deliverables without sacrificing creative quality.
