Responsibility
- Develop innovative visual concepts and design assets for digital and print campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative director to define and maintain brand guidelines for diverse clients.
- Lead the design process for multi-channel marketing projects, ensuring high-quality output.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design iterations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strict eye for detail and deadlines.
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with confidence and strategic reasoning.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design within an agency or high-growth studio environment.
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing strong typography, color theory, and composition skills.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
