Responsibility
- Lead the creative direction for integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Develop compelling visual identities, including logos, typography, and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with copywriters and developers to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and articulate the strategy behind your work.
- Mentor junior designers and participate in creative brainstorm sessions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and emerging design technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of excellence.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, layout, and digital design.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate client needs into visual solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a deep passion for typography and grid systems.
