Responsibility
- Develop high-impact visual assets for multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with art directors and copywriters to refine brand identity guidelines.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for immersive web experiences.
- Manage end-to-end production of print materials including brochures, packaging, and OOH media.
- Mentor junior designers and participate in creative brainstorm sessions.
- Ensure design consistency and brand integrity across all client touchpoints.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional agency experience in graphic or communication design.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- A high-end portfolio showcasing sophisticated typography, layout, and visual branding.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
