Responsibility
- Develop high-impact visual concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Translate complex creative briefs into intuitive and engaging visual designs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and collateral.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and marketing strategists.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design output.
- Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and emerging visual technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in agency or in-house design roles.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating strong typography, composition, and brand identity skills.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with motion design (After Effects) or prototyping tools (Figma) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of print production processes and digital asset optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale.
