Responsibility
- Lead the creative direction for diverse client projects ranging from brand identity to complex digital campaigns.
- Translate strategic objectives into high-impact visual designs.
- Mentor junior design staff and provide constructive feedback on project iterations.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters and developers to ensure seamless brand consistency.
- Present design concepts effectively to stakeholders and clients.
- Manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional design experience in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, color theory, and layout.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong knowledge of web design principles and UX/UI fundamentals.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience with motion graphics is considered a significant advantage.
