As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead design projects from concept to execution, mentoring junior staff and ensuring every pixel aligns with our commitment to excellence.
Responsibility
- Develop innovative visual concepts, layouts, and brand identities for diverse client portfolios.
- Lead end-to-end design projects from initial discovery sessions through to final high-fidelity production.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with copywriters, marketing strategists, and developers to ensure brand consistency.
- Present design rationale and strategic choices to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Mentor and provide artistic direction to junior design staff to foster a culture of creative growth.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, software updates, and emerging technologies in the digital landscape.
- Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously without compromising quality or attention to detail.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- A stellar portfolio showcasing a strong foundation in typography, composition, and color theory.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
- Demonstrable experience in brand identity development and digital marketing collateral.
- Strong understanding of print production processes and digital export standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts to non-creative team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
