Responsibility
- Lead the creative direction for diverse branding projects and digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and visual assets for web, social, and print platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters, developers, and project managers.
- Mentor junior designers and participate in internal creative critique sessions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all client touchpoints and visual communications.
- Present concepts and design rationale to key stakeholders and clients.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and design technologies.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or high-growth startup environment.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, color theory, and layout.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) and prototyping tools (Figma/Sketch) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and digital user experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
