Responsibility
- Develop photorealistic product mockups and packaging visuals from 2D concepts.
- Create high-fidelity 3D assets that align with brand style guides and premium aesthetic standards.
- Optimize lighting, texture, and composition to produce studio-quality renders.
- Collaborate with Art Directors to translate marketing briefs into visual reality.
- Maintain a high-volume library of reusable, professional-grade smart object templates.
- Mentor junior designers on advanced layering and blending techniques.
- Ensure technical accuracy for print-ready packaging and digital product presentations.
Qualification
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, 3D modeling, or product visualization.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Smart Objects focus) and Adobe Dimension or Blender.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of lighting, depth of field, and material rendering.
- Advanced understanding of packaging geometry and industrial design principles.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines without compromising on aesthetic quality.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related creative field.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a high-growth startup environment.
