Responsibility
- Develop innovative visual concepts and high-fidelity designs for multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and marketing teams to ensure brand alignment.
- Create professional-grade assets including UI elements, social media graphics, and landing page layouts.
- Manage end-to-end design projects from initial wireframing to final hand-off.
- Maintain and evolve the company design system to ensure scalability.
- Present design solutions clearly to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our creative culture through regular design critiques.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and web design trends.
- Experience working in a fully remote, distributed environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
- Fluency in Figma or similar collaborative prototyping tools.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent work experience.
