Responsibility
- Develop visual concepts for digital campaigns, social media, and web experiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and development teams to ensure design consistency.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for mobile and desktop applications.
- Maintain and evolve our design system for scalability and brand integrity.
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear articulation and rationale.
- Stay current with emerging design trends and technologies to keep our output cutting-edge.
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and peer reviews.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of digital work.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Advanced knowledge of Figma or Sketch for UI/UX projects.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and web standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and high aesthetic standards.
