Responsibility
- Develop cutting-edge visual concepts for high-profile client campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to define brand identity.
- Manage the end-to-end design lifecycle, from initial wireframes to final production assets.
- Maintain and evolve internal design systems to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our collaborative team culture.
- Translate complex data and requirements into intuitive, aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Stay current with emerging design software, AI integration, and industry best practices.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in an agency environment.
- An outstanding digital portfolio demonstrating mastery of visual communication.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and Figma workflow.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale.
- Experience managing multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
