Responsibility
- Develop cohesive brand identities for diverse digital-first companies.
- Design high-converting landing pages, social media assets, and display advertisements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive visual stories.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s internal design system and brand guidelines.
- Mentor junior design staff through constructive feedback and workflow guidance.
- Stay current with emerging design trends and digital tools to enhance team productivity.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a remote-first agency.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- A strong portfolio showcasing excellence in UI, branding, and typography.
- Experience designing within Figma and working with development-ready handoff processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
