Responsibility

- Lead creative direction for digital campaigns, social media assets, and print materials.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters and developers to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive creative feedback.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders with confidence and strategic rationale.
- Maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design or creative agency settings.
- An elite portfolio showcasing diverse work across web, mobile, and print.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design workflows.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a remote-hybrid environment based in NYC.
