Responsibility
- Develop sophisticated visual concepts and brand identities for diverse digital platforms.
- Design high-fidelity UI components and interactive prototypes for web and mobile.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and present design strategy to high-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless visual implementation.
- Mentor junior designers and oversee the quality control of internal creative output.
- Maintain and evolve internal design systems to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic or visual design.
- A world-class portfolio showcasing strong typography, color theory, and layout skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and web accessibility (WCAG).
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale.
- Experience with motion design or prototyping tools is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative discipline.
