Responsibility

- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on creative output.
- Maintain design consistency across all brand touchpoints and marketing materials.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a creative agency environment with a strong portfolio.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and grid systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale.
