Responsibility
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of multi-platform design campaigns.
- Develop high-fidelity assets for digital, social, and print media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design workflows.
- Maintain a high standard of quality control and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Present creative concepts to stakeholders with confidence and strategic rationale.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, tools, and emerging visual technologies.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in agency or in-house design roles.
- A stellar portfolio showcasing high-end branding and digital design work.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficiency in Figma or Sketch for interface design and prototyping.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
