Responsibility
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of multi-channel design projects from initial brief to final delivery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand identity systems, style guides, and design standards.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, developers, and project managers to ensure design integrity across all platforms.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and assets for digital and print media.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive critique to elevate the quality of our creative output.
- Present design solutions to key stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and strategic rationale.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to keep our studio innovative.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional design experience within a high-growth creative agency or brand team.
- Expert mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated typography, layout, and branding work.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of responsive web design principles and print production workflows.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
