Responsibility
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of multi-platform design campaigns.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure visual consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, UX researchers, and developers.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of excellence and creative growth.
- Present concepts to high-stakes stakeholders with clarity and design rationale.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging design trends and technologies to keep our output innovative.
- Manage end-to-end production workflows, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional design experience in an agency or high-growth startup environment.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating sophisticated typography, color theory, and layout skills.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and digital production.
- Experience with motion graphics and prototyping tools is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
