Responsibility

- Develop high-fidelity design systems, mood boards, and style guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX researchers and copywriters.
- Mentor junior designers and participate in internal creative reviews.
- Present concepts and design rationale to key stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and digital platforms.
- Stay ahead of design trends and implement emerging visual techniques.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic or visual design.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong proficiency in Figma or Sketch for collaborative design workflows.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating versatility in layout, typography, and color theory.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of responsive web design principles and print production.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
