Responsibility
- Lead the conceptualization and design of end-to-end brand identity projects.
- Collaborate with Art Directors and copywriters to develop compelling campaign assets.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and final assets for both digital and physical touchpoints.
- Ensure design consistency across all brand channels while evolving our internal design systems.
- Present and articulate design rationale to internal stakeholders and high-level clients.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our studio's creative culture.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, tools, and emerging creative technologies.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in a professional design agency or in-house brand team.
- A world-class portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, color theory, and layout.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive web design.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.
- Experience in motion graphics or 3D design is a major plus.
